How you can be a super hero for charity this May

There’s just over two months to go until London’s LARGEST Superhero Run on Sunday 13th May in Regent’s Park. This brilliant event is now in its ninth year, and we thought we’d fill you in on how YOU can be a part of it!

Dress up as your super alter ego

We made finding a costume hassle free! Everyone gets a FREE (!) costume with their entrance fee. We send you a voucher by email, and on the day you just need to head to the costume tent for collection. Of course, we also encourage any creative spirits to get designing on their own costume ahead of the big day – something we celebrate with our annual costume competition!

You can do a 5k or 10k – and you don’t need to decide until on the day

Really! You don’t have to let us know before the event whether you’re doing the 5K or the 10K. All runners start at the same time and place so you can leave the decision to while you’re on the track if it suits you. The run is perfect for all fitness levels and we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable on the day.

Make it a fun family affair

Our priority is making sure that the Superhero Run is as family friendly as possible. What does that mean? The little ones get a free mini-run for under 8s, and the entry fee is cheaper for under 16s. Also, we aren’t fussed with having a set start time for the kids. This way parents feel comfortable starting at the back with a pram and have the space to do so.

Bring your trusty sidekick

That’s right – we put on a special costume competition for our four-legged friends. The pet costume competition gets bigger every year so get creative, we can’t wait to see you and your pet join in!

Celebrate with everyone at the village

There’s plenty of great food and drink stalls on the day in our event village, you will be spoilt for choice!

Hopefully, we’ve given you some good reasons to join us on May 13th. We especially hope we’ll see you donning your Superhero outfit for charity.
